Admin Interface: License Reservations

The License Reservations page lists every reservation with start/end times in UTC. You cannot add or delete reservations, but you can cancel active ones and inspect usage statistics.

Columns display the license, user, start/end times, and an Active flag. The Active list filter can be used hide license reservations that are no longer in-use.

Cancel a Reservation

Cancellation is rate-limited to once every 7 days across the server.

1. Open the reservation you need to cancel.
2. Confirm it is the correct entry (user, start, end). The Cancel button only appears while the reservation is active.
3. Click Cancel and confirm. The end time is set to now (or the start time if in the future).

If the last cancellation was too recent, you should see how long you have left to wait in the UI.

Reservation statistics

From the reservation list, click License reservation statistics to graph license usage over time (default is the last day). The dashed line marks total licenses installed, while the solid line shows current reservations.
